We provide high precision custom-made metal parts produced by investment casting / lost wax casting, machining process with small or big volume for a broad of industries, such as automotive components, hardware tools, pipe fittings, food machinery, engineering machinery, communication, etc. Part material with stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel etc.. Part weight range from 5 grams to 30 kg per piece. We has the ability of manufacturing various of parts according to your sample or design drawing. Also we could provide rapid prototypes if you need to do some testings before production.

The investment casting also is called as “precision casting”, “lost wax casting” or “ wax loss casting”. It is an advanced metal-forming process. Firstly we make wax patterns by using of aluminium (or steel) mold according to the part design, then a ceramic shell will be built surrounding the wax pattern. After dewax, the ceramic shell becomes a new mold in which molten metal will be poured, so that high precision parts could be formed.
